What We Do

Supporting Dementia Journeys in Bedfordshire

Yellow Dots

We are commissioned to provide this service as a follow on from a diagnosis or to guide people to seek a diagnosis if they have concerns.

We provide support from getting a diagnosis, medical support, peer support, keeping well and preparing for end-of-life. It is for anyone concerned or impacted by dementia.

We will help you find the support and services available in Bedfordshire and includes suggestions from people living with dementia and their carers.
