The Memory Navigation Service offers essential information and compassionate guidance to individuals and families affected by dementia or memory loss in Bedfordshire.

Memory Navigation Service Bedfordshire

About Us

Since 2016, Carers in Bedfordshire has delivered this service on behalf of Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council, and the Clinical Commissioning Group. Our mission is to guide those impacted by dementia or memory challenges to the right information, services, and support. Working in partnership with the Memory Assessment Services in Bedfordshire and other local agencies, we help individuals seek diagnoses and provide ongoing support and guidance post-diagnosis.

Our dedicated team includes specialist Dementia Support Workers with extensive knowledge of dementia and the local resources available to support families. Additionally, a nurse on our team offers phone-based assistance for medical and clinical questions.

Visit the Memory Navigation Service website to explore a variety of resources, including informative videos and a convenient chatbot feature, offering insights into dementia support for every stage of the journey.
