We’re here to support people living with dementia and those who care for them. In this session, you’ll learn how the Memory Navigation Service and Carers in Bedfordshire can help, including the support available to you and how to access it. We’ll also signpost you to other local services that may be helpful.
If the date or time of the session doesn’t work for you, please get in touch—we’re happy to arrange an alternative.
The session will take place via Zoom. If you haven’t used Zoom before, we can help you set up an account or talk you through how it works. Just let us know, and we’ll send clear instructions or arrange a phone call to guide you through it.
